Second time ordering from Apex Fitness. The resistance bands are a great quality and very durable. The level of resistance is on each band which is very convenient. With a door anchor and ankle straps included it allows you to use them for an all over workout.

These are bands are great quality and the variety of weights makes it great for loads of different exercises! The set also comes with an attachment for a door to allow for chest flys etc. I’ve stretched them the furthest they can possibly go and they seem impossible to rip or tear.

The bands are fantastic but the customer service is even better. I ordered a set last week and it came Wednesday missing one of the clips, I contacted Apex on Wednesday morning and by that afternoon they had sent a replacement. Great job guys.

Great piece of equipment. If you are new to this kind of exercise then use youtube. Best value for money and I might even consider cancelling my gym after lockdown. Good stuff

Ordered on Thursday and had delivery this morning, unreal service. The bands are really heavy too and there's more than enough weight to do any exercises I could think of. This was the only place in Ireland I found selling bands with the weights on them and I'm delighted I bought them
